Your Donations Help Fund Our 3 Main Programs

We may be "agents of joy" by providing something special a patient needs or enjoys, such as--

• a coffee drink
• a special treat
• birthday cupcakes or ice cream or balloons
• fuzzy slippers or socks
• a soft blanket or lap robe
• preferred reading or listening material
• a birdfeeder to watch the birds from their bed.

We have also paid travel expenses to bring a family member home to visit. We have taken patients on one last trip (to the beach for example).

We provide necessary items for patient or caregivers who are struggling financially such as:

• Groceries or gas card
• Snow shoveling/plowing
• Household expenses
• Pest Control
• Firewood
• Heating and a/c repair
• Clothing (when their own clothing no longer fits and caregivers are unable to provide new clothing). 

When a loved one passes, Heart of Hospice Foundation presents a family member with a glass heart in appreciation for allowing our hospices to take care of their patients.
